Arrowhead House Inc. is a private organization that specializes in residential programming for mentally ill and/or chemically dependent adults. Located in Duluth, Minnesota we have been providing quality services in the community since 1979. Our service continuum includes Intensive Residential Treatment, Board & Lodging with Specialized Health Services, Adult Foster Care, and Independent Apartments with Supports. We also provide our residents with opportunities to utilize a wide variety of community resources that are available in the area to encourage de-institutionalization and personal growth.

Arrowhead House East is licensed by the State of Minnesota as an Intensive Residential Treatment Service. Located in Duluth, Minnesota, the program provides intensive mental health and dual diagnosis treatment for up to 16 adult men and women.

Arrowhead House West is a structured Board and Lodging facility that is licensed to provide "Specialized Health Services" to mentally ill and/or chemically dependent adults who may also be involved with the criminal justice system.

Arrowhead House Programs have been providing residential mental health services in Duluth since 1979. With the recent addition of Adult Foster Care to our service continuum, we provide quality care in small residential home sites. These individual residences provide supportive, supervised living for up to (4) people in a family-like environment. This service is provided to those individuals who need the 24 hour availability of staff.

Arrowhead House Inc owns and manages a number of two bedroom apartments in safe residential neighborhoods within the city. These apartments are reserved for individuals that have had successful placements in one of our Residential Group Homes or Adult Foster Care Homes and are now transitioning to the community. Our ownership allows us to help these individuals beyond the walls of our facilities and support their move to a more independent lifestyle.
