Arrowhead House Programs have been providing residential mental health services in Duluth since 1979 and we are excited to offer Adult Foster Care as the newest addition to our service continuum. By utilizing small residential home sites and apartments in the community we provide quality mental and chemical health care to individuals in a personalized neighborhood setting. Each residence provides independent living skills development, support and supervised living for up to (4) people in a family-like environment.
